“Ok, hands down, Haymoon Resort is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we have ever stayed in the U.S. It is truly an “oasis” of calm in an otherwise very hectic world! First of all, the grounds are wonderful–we were surrounded by flowing water, wild turkeys, horses, and even deer (especially in the evenings)! There are two fountains in the small lake in front of our cabin that provided the gentle sound of flowing water during the day–we spent a good amount of time just sitting on the porch just enjoying that! Our cabin was extremely well appointed–the whole space was new, clean–and quiet!! Brooke and Gabe, our hosts, have done an astounding job of creating an environment of tranquility and peace on these 17 acres–not only a fantastic place to stay, but it would be an unforgettable place to be married (we might come back to renew our vows!!). We came almost 1500 miles (from southern California) to stay here–and it was worth EVERY mile. Haymoon is a must-stay place if you plan on traveling anywhere west of the Mississippi; there are not enough stars to reflect our wonderful experience staying there!” – James J.
