Yes. All houses have air conditioning and heating.
Verizon works pretty well here, however AT&T does not. Most guests are able to turn on WiFi calling to make their phonecalls when they are in or around the house as the WiFi works very well.
WiFi is available for your use and the internet works great. Many guests have worked remotely during their stays and have given very positive feedback.
Each house has a smart TV. You are welcome to login to your personal streaming apps or use the Netflix or Roku accounts provided. There is no cable as we find that most people prefer to stream these days.
Basic drip coffee makers are provided in each house. We do provide a ground coffee to get you started, but if you have a favorite, we do recommend you bring your own ground coffee or take a trip to one of the local coffee shops and pick up a local variety. There is also a coffee hut located in the midway mini mart parking lot up the road about a mile or so if you prefer specialty coffee.
Each house is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, some spices, and just about everything you would need to cook a meal for your group. If you find that something is missing, we love suggestions, just let us know!
Yes. We want to provide our guests with a first class experience with clean, well maintained, comfortable cabins to relax in or come back to after a long day hiking or skiing. Having too many guests in a house can be hard on the house and make cleaning and maintenance much more difficult. This is why we put a maximum guest number on each unit. We have 6 different houses of varying size on the property, so please, spread out and get comfortable if you’d like! You can check out your options HERE.
No, we do not have hot tubs here at the resort. The Crescent Moon Cabin, Harvest Moon Cabin, and North Star Cabins all have Jacuzzi tubs though!
No, there is no swimming or water crafts (paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, etc.) in the ponds. Unfortunately our insurance is very strict about this. If you would like to swim, paddleboard, or kayak, there are a number of lakes and rivers nearby! Check out our activities page for all things watersport.
We typcially have two horses onsite from sometime in June through November. Their names are Mac and Peanut. They are the owner’s personal horses, so they are not available to ride, but they do like pets. Please do not feed them or go into the pen with them.
At this time we do not. We hope to be able to offer some discounts like these in the future.
